Established as a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Sherpani Partners provides direction and focus for career exploration and planning to students and adults. We are committed to facilitating wise choices in light of the complex issues our clients face:
- Learning and working in the 21st Century presents unprecedented challenges.
- A college degree isn't always the ticket to a high paying professional job.
- Mistakes are costly — emotionally and financially.
- Many fall into careers by chance and end up feeling dissatisfied, disillusioned and stuck.
Working with individuals, schools and organizations, we help participants develop career plans based on objective assessment data, powerful decision-making tools and personal guidance.
