Sherpani Partners encourages Community Partnerships with corporations, professional organizations and other nonprofits. Utilizing the synergy between us, we create career exploration programs and job shadow opportunities.
Place yourself in a youngster's shoes. With the high costs of education and specialized training, in addition to the rapidly changing demand for jobs, imagine how difficult it must be to choose a career path in this day and age. Now consider how beneficial it might be for a teen or young adult to have an insider's look into your work, its challenges and rewards.
You will pass along your knowledge and help young people gain a sense of what the real work world is like in your field. Through our partnerships we plan to expand our programs to include more disadvantaged students.
